  • Design, Build, Implementation and support of an enterprise Data Warehouse and Global Management Reporting Solution built on Business Objects XIR3 and Oracle 11i
  • Daily processing of 130+ individual feeds of data interfacing with systems like VISTA, Klopotek, Oracle Financials, CODA and SAP/R3 systems across the Informa Group
  • Creation of a bespoke enterprise web-based query and data-maintenance web application (700+ users)

Elsevier (since 2002)

  • Design, Build & Implementation of Global Management Reporting Solution using Cognos Impromptu, Powerplay (OLAP) and Upfront (Web distribution), Decision Stream (ETL) over MS SQL Server Database
  • Design and Build of a new enterprise web-based query and data-maintenance tool using ASP and SQL Server (750+ users)

  • Design, Build & Implementation of Cognos Management reporting solution to replace all legacy Management Reporting across the Phaidon list

  • Design, build and implementation of a bespoke data-warehouse and reporting system, aggregating data from a remote SAP ERP system and presenting this as a pre-defined pack of management reports using Cognos BI tools.

Addison Lee (since 2007)

  • Smartphone Application usage and fraud monitoring, allowing monitoring of key apps (iPhone, BlackBerry or Android) used for booking
  • Management Information reports for individual account clients. This includes automated “report bursting” of monthly invoices via email for all the account holders.
  • Job reports comparing statistics, e.g. today’s performance against yesterday and last week.
  • Dashboards for current statistics vs. previous week and month (bookings, jobs, top pickups/drop-offs)
  • Top client reports with usage and spend.
